Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 2026
Lawful traffic only
You must follow every law that applies to your calls and messages, in the country you call from and the country you call to — for example the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and do-not-call rules in the US, CASL in Canada and PECR in the UK.
Not allowed
- Calls or voicemails without the consent the law requires (including robocalls and ringless voicemail to people who did not agree).
- Spoofed caller IDs, or numbers you are not allowed to use.
- Fraud, scams, threats, harassment, or impersonating government bodies or companies.
- Traffic pumping, Wangiri, IRSF or any artificial traffic.
- Calls to emergency numbers through our trunks unless we have set this up with you in writing.
Caller ID and STIR/SHAKEN
Use only caller IDs you own or are authorised to use. Calls may carry attestation that identifies them as coming through our network.
Consent records
For marketing calls and ringless voicemail, keep proof of consent and give it to us within 2 business days when asked.
Enforcement
We may block numbers, lower channels, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we cooperate with carriers, traceback requests and authorities.
