Terms of Service

The service

SignalXas provides voice services (SIP trunking, phone numbers, hosted dialer and ringless voicemail) and a customer portal. By opening an account you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your account

• You must give true business details and documents when asked (KYC). We may refuse or close an account that we cannot verify.
• You are responsible for everything sent from your IPs and SIP logins. Keep passwords safe and tell us at once if you think an account is misused.

Prepaid balance

• Services are prepaid. Usage is charged from your balance at the rates in force when the call is made.
• When the balance reaches zero, calls stop. Balance is not interest-bearing and is not refundable except where the law requires, or when we close your account without a breach by you (then we refund the unused balance less fees).

Rates and changes

Rates can change, especially for international destinations. We show current rates in your portal or rate sheet and give notice of increases where possible.

Quality and availability

• We work to keep the network available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routes, number availability and quality depend on upstream carriers.
• Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Suspension

We may suspend traffic at once to stop fraud, unlawful use, network harm, complaints from carriers or regulators, or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
