Do you support IP-to-IP?+
Yes. Add your switch's public IP in the portal. It is activated on our switch with your channel and CPS limits.
How many ports can I get?+
Most customers start between 100 and 500 ports and grow to 2,000 or more. Request more ports from the Traffic page in your portal.
Which codecs do you support?+
G.711 (ulaw/alaw) and G.729 on most routes. Tell us if you need something specific.
Is there a contract or minimum?+
No contract. You prepay a balance and use it. Calls stop at zero balance, so there are no surprise bills.
