SignalXas
Chrome & Edge extension · free

Call any number on the web in one click.

SignalXas Dialer turns every phone number on Google, websites, Gmail and your CRM into a call button. Talk from your browser on your SignalXas line, log the result and save the lead — no copy and paste.

Included with the cloud dialer and contact center. Needs a SignalXas account to sign in.

How it works

From a website to a logged call in three clicks

1. Click the number

The red button sits next to every phone number. Your browser phone rings for a second and SignalXas calls the number.

2. Talk

Mute, hold, keypad and hang-up in the side panel. Your caller ID, your rates, call recording if it is on.

3. Log and save

Pick the result, write a note, set a follow-up. New numbers become leads with the details from the page.

Features

Everything an agent needs, where they already work

A call button on every number

Numbers on Google results, company websites, LinkedIn, Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce and any other page get a small red call button. Or select a number and right-click → Call.

A phone in the side panel

Keypad, mute, hold, tones and hang-up in Chrome's side panel. The call keeps going while you switch tabs.

Results and notes

After each call pick the result — sale, interested, call back — write a note and set the call-back time. It lands in your call history and CRM.

Save leads from the page

Phone, company, website and email are picked from the page you are on. Click the details to fill the form, add your own fields and save.

Who is calling? You see it

If the number is already a lead you see the name, status, tags and the last calls before you dial.

Today's follow-ups

Your follow-ups for today in the extension, one click to call each.

Incoming calls

Calls to your SignalXas numbers ring in the browser with Answer and Decline — even with the panel closed.

On or off, per site

Call buttons are on by default. Turn them off everywhere, or only on the site you are on.

Works everywhere

Your CRM, your search, your inbox

No integration to set up. If a phone number is on the page, you can call it — Google and Google Maps results, LinkedIn, Gmail and Outlook on the web, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Yelp and directories, or your own admin pages.

  • Numbers in text and tel: links
  • Right-click any selected number
  • US numbers without +1 just work
  • Set your country for local numbers
  • Dates and order numbers are skipped
  • Off on any site with one switch

Lead capture

The page becomes a lead

After a call to a new number the lead form opens by itself, already filled with the number, the company and the website. Emails, other numbers and the text you selected show as chips — one click fills a field. Add your own fields like budget or roof size; they are saved with the lead and appear in your portal's Leads, ready for your next campaign.

  • Updates the lead if the number is already there
  • Remembers which page the lead came from
  • Right-click → Save as a lead, without calling

Your sign-in, not a password store

The extension keeps a sign-in token, never your password. Owners can sign any browser out from the portal.

Nothing sent until you click

Pages are read on your computer to find numbers. Only the number you call and the details you save go to SignalXas.

Seats and roles

Agents see their own calls and follow-ups. Billing, numbers and settings stay in the owner's portal.

Questions

Who can use the extension?+

Every customer with the cloud dialer or contact center: your agents, and you as the account owner. Owners call from one of their agent seats.

Does it cost extra?+

No. The extension is free. Calls are charged like any other call from your account — from your calling balance or your monthly minutes package.

Which browsers work?+

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (version 116 or newer) on Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS.

Which caller ID do people see?+

Your account's caller ID — one of your SignalXas numbers or a number you verified in the portal.

Why does it ask to read websites?+

To find phone numbers on the pages you visit and put the call button next to them, and to read a page's details when you save a lead. Nothing is sent to us until you click call or save. You can turn the buttons off at any time.

What if a computer is lost or an agent leaves?+

Open Chrome extension in your portal and sign that browser out. Turning a seat off also stops its extension.

Is there a Chrome Web Store version?+

It is coming. Until then install it with Load unpacked as shown above — it takes about a minute.
